Restorative Treatments
Registered Massage Therapy designed to soothe your nervous system and restore your sense of ease.
Sometimes your body doesn’t need more work. It needs recovery.
Not every treatment needs to be corrective.
Restorative Massage offers space to slow down, release physical tension and simply receive.
These sessions combine skilled massage techniques in a slower, flowing treatment tailored to your body and preferences. They’re ideal for general muscle tension, stress, physical fatigue, recovery, relaxation or simply maintaining how good your body can feel.
You don’t need to arrive with a problem to solve.
Sometimes feeling better is the goal.
Who This Is For
This work is ideal for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, physically or emotionally drained, or simply in need of deep, grounding care. Whether you're navigating:
Nervous system dysregulation
General stress or burnout
Sleep issues
Emotional overwhelm
Tension relief
These sessions offer a full-body reset—helping you downshift into a parasympathetic state where your body can truly heal.
What to Expect
Restorative sessions are slow, soothing, and designed for deep release. Performed using oil and sheets in a candlelit room with calming music, these treatments invite you to melt into the table.
Techniques are performed in a rhythmic, flowing manner, tailored to your desired depth—ranging from gentle Swedish massage to deep tissue work for a more therapeutic effect. Communication is minimal, allowing your mind to settle and your body to recalibrate.
75minutes or 90 minutes is recommended for full-body integration, but shorter sessions can be tailored to your specific focus areas.
While these sessions are designed for relaxation, they are far from superficial. My approach combines evidence-informed techniques that support nervous system regulation, circulation, lymphatic flow, and muscular tension relief.
You are always welcome to incorporate Restorative Treatments into your care plan—even alongside more intensive therapeutic work. This is your space to exhale.
