Therapeutic Treatments
Rooted in fascia. Designed for real, lasting results.
Who This Is For
This work is for individuals who are ready to get to the root of their pain and reclaim ease in how they move and feel. Whether you’re navigating:
Chronic pain
Postural misalignment
Mobility restrictions
Injury recovery
Athletic or performance improvements
These sessions are results-driven, fascia-focused, and personalized to support the way your body is meant to function.
What to Expect
Every new client begins with a 75-minute Initial Appointment—regardless of concern or intention. This foundational session allows us to explore your story, assess your movement and posture, and get hands-on with the tissue to better understand what your body needs.
We’ll review your health history, evaluate compensation patterns, and begin working with the fascia to determine the best path forward. From there, you’ll have the freedom to choose the type of care that aligns with you. Some clients continue exclusively with Therapeutic Treatments. Others alternate with Restorative Treatments for nervous system support and balance.
If your goal is to resolve pain, improve mobility, recover from injury, or enhance performance, I’ll likely recommend a series of Therapeutic sessions using my unique blend of active, fascia-informed techniques and movement therapy.
These sessions are done fully clothed in athletic wear (no sheets) and may include:
Postural and movement analysis
On- and off-table fascial techniques
Fascial Stretch Therapy, Myofascial Release, ELDOA
Corrective exercise and breathwork integration
Following your first visit, a personalized plan will be created. Most clients begin with 5–10 weekly sessions to create momentum, minimize regression, and support sustainable change. We'll adjust frequency and approach as your body responds.
The Fascia Focused Framework™
All sessions are guided by my signature Fascia Focused Framework™, a three-phase therapeutic process designed to not only relieve pain, but to reorganize how your body functions and holds itself—leading to long-term results and improved performance.
🔹 Release
Using hands-on techniques like Myofascial Release, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Cupping, and ELDOA, we target key areas of fascial restriction and joint compression to restore space, hydration, and mobility.
🔹 Reorganize
Through structural and postural work, we identify and address compensation patterns that contribute to inefficient movement, misalignment, and chronic tension.
🔹 Reintegrate
You’ll be given corrective exercises and movement strategies designed to support your nervous system, reinforce alignment, and ensure your results hold between sessions.
A Whole-Body, Root-Cause Approach
Fascia connects everything—so your pain may not be coming from where you feel it. I work systemically, addressing patterns across your entire body, often treating areas that seem unrelated but are essential to resolving the issue at its core.
This isn’t surface-level symptom relief. It’s deep, strategic, and designed for lasting transformation.

Movement As Medicine
I’m a former personal trainer and lifelong athlete who understands the power of movement to transform pain. My approach blends evidence-based exercise with fascia-informed strategy to help you feel stronger, more stable, and aligned.
Your personalized home care plan may include:
ELDOA for spinal decompression and postural support
Strength training to stabilize and prevent compensation
Mobility + stretching routines to release tension and support full range of motion
All exercises are taught and reviewed with you to ensure proper form and confidence. The goal is to empower you—not just treat you.

Before You Book: What to Know About the Process
My approach is designed to create long-term, structural change—not just temporary relief.
That means your initial session will focus heavily on assessment, movement testing, and treatment planning.
Depending on the complexity of your case, hands-on treatment in the first session may range from 20 to 45 minutes, as I prioritize getting an accurate understanding of your body’s patterns before diving into deeper work.
🔹 Estimated Number of Sessions
Most initial treatment plans unfold over 5–10 weekly sessions, but this may vary depending on:
The complexity and chronicity of your issue
Your consistency with appointments and homecare
The length of sessions booked (e.g. 60 vs 90 minutes)
How your body responds and integrates the work over time
While I aim to work within your availability and capacity, it’s important to understand that outcomes depend on both what happens in the clinic and how your body responds between sessions. More sessions may be needed depending on these factors.
🔹 Frequency & Momentum
Weekly sessions are initially recommended to:
Build therapeutic momentum
Minimize regression between treatments
Monitor and adapt homecare strategies
Ensure continuity in the unwinding and rebalancing process
If weekly treatment isn’t possible for you, we’ll discuss options—but please know that longer gaps between sessions may reduce treatment effectiveness and make progress slower or less predictable.
🔹 The Nature of Fascia-Based Work
Fascial patterns are systemic. That means the pain you’re feeling is often the effect, not the cause. I may work on areas that seem unrelated to your symptoms—because those are often the key drivers behind the issue.
Each session builds on the last, progressively working through fascial meridians, postural imbalances, and movement restrictions. Consistency and full participation in your recommended treatment plan are essential for meaningful, lasting results.
🔹Next Steps
After your treatment plan:
You may shift to a maintenance or seasonal check-in rhythm
You may choose to explore deeper layers with continued care
If needed, I’ll refer you to another trusted modality or provider
