TMJ Massage (With intra-oral)
This service is a specialized treatment for individuals who are experiencing symptoms related to TMJ dysfunction, teeth clenching and other conditions that are causing pain and mobility restriction of the shoulders, neck and jaw.
If you struggle with jaw pain, tension, clicking, clenching, or headaches, you may be experiencing TMJ dysfunction—a common yet often misunderstood condition affecting the temporomandibular joints, which connect your jaw to your skull.
TMJ issues can cause:
Jaw tightness or limited opening
Clicking, popping, or grinding sensations
Headaches or facial pain
Earaches or pressure
Neck, shoulder, or upper back tension
Sleep disruptions due to clenching or grinding
Why Fascia Matters for TMJ
The jaw is intimately connected to the rest of the body through the fascial system—a continuous web of connective tissue that links the jaw to the head, neck, shoulders, spine, and even the pelvis. When fascia in this area becomes restricted, dehydrated, or imbalanced due to stress, clenching, posture, trauma, or dental procedures, it can lead to chronic tension and dysfunction.
A fascia-focused approach to TMJ goes beyond just treating the jaw. It considers the entire system—addressing tension patterns in the head, neck, face, tongue, throat, shoulders, and diaphragm—to release restrictions and restore balance.
