Hey there fellow RMT!
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’ve landed on this page, chances are you’re a passionate therapist — someone who genuinely cares about making a difference in your clients’ lives, and who wants to build a practice that’s not just successful, but aligned, fulfilling, and deeply rewarding.

A little bit about me…

I’m Melanie — a Registered Massage Therapist, Fascial Stretch Therapist, former personal trainer, and a longtime bodywork practitioner with a bit of an unconventional path. And that’s exactly what’s helped me build a stable six-figure practice without ever relying on social media, paid ads, or fancy marketing funnels.

I started my journey in 2019 at GoodLife Fitness as a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist and personal trainer.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) wasn’t just a modality I learned — it was the spark that ignited everything. It completely transformed how I viewed the body, and became the reason I pursued massage therapy in the first place.

To this day, FST remains the cornerstone of my practice and the catalyst behind my clients' life-changing results. Blending my unique experience as a PT, FST and RMT, I’ve developed a methodology that helps resolve chronic pain, movement restrictions and posture concerns for my clients in a real, measurable way.

What Is Fascial Stretch Therapy — and Why It’s a Game-Changer

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is an advanced, pain-free, assisted stretching system designed to target the body’s connective tissue — fascia — rather than just muscles. Rooted in the Anatomy Trains model developed by Tom Myers, FST works along fascial meridians: long, interconnected lines of fascia that weave through the body, linking seemingly unrelated areas like the foot to the hip, or the shoulder to the opposite knee. These fascial lines explain why pain or restriction in one area often originates somewhere else entirely.

FST is also grounded in the concept of tensegrity — a structural principle that views the body not as a stack of isolated parts, but as a dynamic, interconnected system of tension and compression. In a tensegrity-based model, one area of restriction or imbalance can affect the entire structure. This is why treating just the site of pain can be limiting or even ineffective. With FST, we assess and treat the whole body, restoring balance across fascial chains and allowing for natural, efficient movement to return.

Fascia-focused therapy helps restore hydration, mobility, and elasticity to tissues that have become stuck, dry, or restricted — often due to stress, injury, overuse, or even emotional holding patterns. The result? Clients move better, feel better, and experience real, lasting results that go far beyond what traditional massage alone can offer.

When you treat fascia, you’re not just working on a body part — you’re working on the body as an integrated whole. And that’s where the magic happens.

My Mission

I created this mentorship for RMTs and bodyworkers who know they’re capable of more. For those who feel stuck delivering “relaxation” massages and crave the skills to deliver real, measurable results that change lives — and businesses.

You're here because you want to stand out, not just survive in this industry. You want a reputation that speaks for itself, clients who refer you without hesitation, and the confidence to charge what your work is worth — because your results do the talking.

That’s what I help you build.

What Makes This Mentorship Different

Before stepping into the wellness world, I spent nearly a decade as an advertising executive (2008–2015). I've seen firsthand how powerful strategy can be — but in bodywork, the best strategy is creating undeniable results.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked as a bodybuilder, personal trainer, Fascial Stretch Therapist, and RMT, helping clients:

Heal from chronic pain that nothing else could touch

Regain movement they thought they’d lost forever

Return to the sports and activities they had long given up on

And become raving fans of their own healing process

I blended all of my experience to create a full-spectrum treatment approach, from clinical intake to effective remedial exercise — and it’s changed everything for my clients.

But let me be honest with you…

When I started massage school, I was shocked at how many of my peers had no background in fitness, biomechanics, or anatomy. Most were coming from hospitality, entertainment, or office jobs. Nothing wrong with that — but it meant those of us with a movement background had a serious edge.

This shows up in the real world — especially during OSCE stations, where assessment and remedial exercise are consistently the lowest-scoring areas.

And in the clinic? It’s no different. I’ve personally been to numerous RMTs in the city who never assessed, never followed up, and never prescribed any corrective work. I didn’t feel heard, treatments were often ineffective and I never went back. This is the reality for many people who are looking for someone who takes the time and puts in the work to understand them, come up with a specific curated treatment plan and give them tools to help themselves. This builds trust, helps people feel cared for and makes them want to come back to you.

Here’s a truth I stand by:
If you’re not assessing, you’re guessing.
And if you’re not prescribing remedial work, you’re missing out on repeat clients, glowing referrals, and long-term success.

This mentorship will show you how to bridge the gap between massage and movement.

I’ll teach you how to use Fascial Stretching and manual techniques in tandem with proper assessment and customized exercise to build a results-driven treatment plan that works.

Why This Is a Game-Changer

Fascial Stretching, when combined with myofascial release and massage therapy, is what I like to call the chef’s kiss of bodywork — and as an RMT, you are uniquely positioned to offer this next-level experience.

There is a growing demand for intelligent, movement-based, results-oriented therapy — and most clients still have no idea what FST is or how powerful it can be. That means you have the opportunity to lead.

What You’ll Learn Inside the Mentorship

This mentorship is designed to take your practice from good to exceptional — not by adding more to your plate, but by giving you the skills and systems that make every treatment more effective, efficient, and transformational.

Assessment: Stand Out Like a Movement Pro

Forget surface-level palpation and basic range-of-motion checks. In this mentorship, you’ll learn how to assess like a PT — using advanced posture assessment and primal movement patterns, to uncover issues your clients didn’t even know they had.

You'll walk away with the confidence to identify movement dysfunctions, communicate your findings clearly, and create immediate trust and buy-in from your clients. Because when they understand what’s wrong, they’ll value your role in making it right.

Treatment Planning: My Proven, Plug-and-Play Methods

I’ll teach you exactly how I integrate fascial stretching, myofascial release, and massage therapy to create treatment plans that work — not just for symptom relief, but for long-term change.

You’ll get access to my personal treatment protocols — the same ones that have helped clients return to sports, eliminate chronic pain, and regain function after years of struggle. You’ll learn how to approach common pain presentations and postural issues with a clear, results-based method you can adapt to your own practice immediately.

Remedial Exercise: Keep Results Going Long After the Table

This is where most RMTs fall short — and where you will shine. I’ll give you a library of go-to corrective exercises, strength-building progressions, and mobility drills you can prescribe confidently to support and accelerate your clients’ results.

You'll learn how to choose the right exercises, deliver them effectively (even when you're short on time), and become the therapist who doesn’t just “fix things” temporarily — but truly empowers clients to stay pain-free, mobile, and strong for life.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what works.
If you’re ready to elevate your treatments, increase your value, and become the go-to expert your clients refer without hesitation — this mentorship is for you.
